Also called AEO, LLMO, GEO or AI search optimization
Appear in AI answers.
When a customer asks an AI, we make the AI cite you.
What we do
What we do
When an AI builds an answer, it cites sources it trusts. What the AI knows is only what those sources say. So we put the right information where it gets cited, in the form that gets cited.
What is being cited.
We ask four AIs the same question and collect the sources behind the answers. You see the outlets lifting your competitors, and the places you are missing from.
Decide where you should appear.
We decide which outlets and pages become the sources. Not only your own site, but placement in the third party outlets the AI trusts.

Put it there in a citable form.
We shape the content, the structured data and the FAQ so an AI can read and cite them. We place it while watching where in the answer pipeline it gets picked up.
Correct what the AI gets wrong.
When an AI says something wrong about you, we find where it came from and replace it with correct information.
Keep measuring until you appear.
Once it is built we ask the same question again and watch what moved. Not one answer, but the tendency to appear and the spread of the sources.
Process
How it goes
The order is the same whichever service you take.
Research
We gather the searches and questions that look like yours, and see who is on top and what the AI is citing.
Trace the sources
We map out what gets cited and what gets rated, and identify the outlets lifting your competitors.
Prepare
Working back from the result you want, we decide what to fix and what to write.
Build, then measure
We ask the same question again and watch what moved. We keep going until you are in the answer.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Why does ChatGPT not know my company name?
An AI cannot answer with something it has never read. When it builds an answer it cites the outlets it trusts. If you are not in those outlets, you will not be in the answer even when someone asks for you by name. We first measure which outlets are being cited, then place your information there in a citable form.
How is AI search work (AEO, LLMO, GEO) different from SEO?
SEO is the ground it stands on, but they are not the same. Pages that rank well do tend to get cited, yet AI looks separately at third party outlets, reviews and structured data. Lifting your rank alone will not put you in the AI answer if you are absent from the sources. We handle both as one flow.
Why do Japanese ChatGPT and English ChatGPT give different answers?
Because the outlets an AI cites differ by language. Ask in English and it cites English media and reviews; ask in Japanese and it cites Japanese outlets. We throw the same question in five languages, Japanese, English, Korean, Mandarin and Cantonese, and see which languages you appear in and which you drop out of.
A Korean or US brand does not come up in Japanese AI. How is that fixed?
By appearing, in Japanese, in the outlets the Japanese AI cites. That means Japanese articles, Japanese reviews and Japanese structured data. A reputation in your home language does not reach the Japanese answer. We measure from Japan in Japanese, report the results back to you in Korean or English, and do the Japanese implementation inside Japan.
AI answers change every time. Is there any point measuring?
There is. Not one answer, but the same question asked repeatedly across several AIs, so we can see the tendency to appear and the spread of sources. The answers move, the outlets cited stay stable. We own the measuring tool, so we can compare before and after under the same conditions.
Is working on ChatGPT alone enough?
It is not. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity each cite different outlets. Appearing in one AI and being absent from another is perfectly normal. We measure all four with the same question and start with whatever is missing.
The AI is saying something wrong about us. Can that be fixed?
It can. Wrong answers have an origin: an old article, a mistaken third party description, a profile nobody updated. We identify the origin, place the correct information in a citable form, and measure again to confirm it changed.
If we add llms.txt and structured data, will we appear in AI answers?
They make it possible to be read, but they are not enough on their own. llms.txt and structured data are the ground that lets an AI crawler read your site correctly. Whether you appear is decided by whether you are in the outlets the AI cites. This site itself does both.
Can a small or mid sized company appear in AI answers?
Yes. An AI answers from what is written in its sources, not from company size. The more specific the question, the more likely specialist information is cited over a large brand. We gather the questions asked in your field and start by getting you into the sources behind them.
Are AEO, LLMO and GEO different things?
They point at the same work. Only the name differs. We mainly use AEO, answer engine optimization. It is called LLMO in Japanese speaking markets and GEO in English speaking ones.
